I have been searching for a gluten free lower carb pizza dough that doesn’t taste like cardboard for a very long time! This pizza dough is amazing! It tastes great! It cooks well! It’s easy to make! It’s made local! I can’t say enough good things about it! This is a must for me in my pantry!
This was way better than any gf/keto pizza crust I've ever had. Most are flat/dry/hard, this was soft and thick
The instructions weren't the best, we had to cook it much longer than it said to, to make it closer to a proper pizza crust form. Still the best Glutten-Free Pizza crust I have ever had. (Girlfriend is Celiac, so she very much appreciated the crust dough).

Bought it and tried it first with my friend (just to fully impress upon you the level of amazing of this product it is likely relevant that I'm talking about a dude who isn't vegan OR gluten free!!!) and, long story short,we were both obsessed and I ended up ordering 6 more packs immediately. Definitely a weekly staple in my house now. So delicious, so quick, so easy and so kind on the tummy! I have gastroparesis, lactose intolerance and celiac so that is no easy feat! Do yourself a favour and try this- you won't regret it!
I recently made a large pizza using Stellareats Pizza dough mix. I addded pineapple, hot peppers, plant based shredded cheese and my favorite sauce. Excellent! It was great to really enjoy pizza again.
